By accessing or using Planora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Planora is an event planning platform that provides venue management, floor plan design, guest list management, seating assignment, and digital invitation tools for business owners and event organizers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account without permission.
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: uploading malicious content, attempting to access other users' data, using the service for illegal purposes, or interfering with the platform's operation.
You retain ownership of all content you create on Planora (events, guest lists, floor plans, invitation designs). We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service.
Demo accounts are provided for evaluation purposes. Demo data resets periodically. Some features are restricted in demo mode. Demo accounts should not be used for real events.
Planora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, missed events, or inaccurate seating arrangements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
